Sessions are designed to help you reset both body and mind, blending gentle movement with farm-fresh air and moments of stillness that feel like mini miracles. And when you’re ready to shift gears, we turn to hot and cold therapy , warming up to release tension, cooling down to wake up every cell, and using contrast to spark that deep, full-body reset.

This isn’t retreat luxury , it’s natural recovery. Raw, honest, and incredibly effective.

To support relaxation and recovery, guided stretching sessions are offered each morning and evening.

 

Mornings focus on gentle mobility to wake up the body and prepare for the day, while evening sessions emphasize releasing tension and winding down.

 

All levels are welcome, and exercises can be adapted for individual needs.
