The Ranch

Nestled in the heart of Šumadija, just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Belgrade Airport, this private 2-hectare estate rests on a gentle mountain slope, rising uphill through a rich and varied landscape.

Surrounded by forest, the property features a small woodland of its own, a tranquil lake with additional ponds, a flourishing blackberry field, and a collection of fruit trees of various varieties. There is also a dedicated horse-riding area and a network of nature trails that extend directly from the land. A newly built internal road structure ensures smooth access throughout the plot. At the peak of the land stands the newly constructed Maple Guest House, offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
 

Over the past year, we have devoted ourselves to transforming the plot. We renovated the Ranch Guest House, revitalized the land, and built the Maple Guest House at the peak. During this time, we planted, cultivated, and harvested crops; constructed stables and fenced pastures for the horses; and created dedicated enclosures for all the animals. Purpose-built homes were added for the chickens, rabbits, dogs, and ducks. The property is supported by two wells, providing a reliable source of fresh water.
 

Together, these efforts have shaped a thoughtfully designed and harmonious environment for both people and animals.
